POTTLE, Stanley W. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, February 26, 2010, Stanley W. Pottle of Northern Bay, age 62 years. Predeceased by parents: William and Ethel; brothers: Bob and Clarence; sister-in-law: Mary. Leaving to mourn, wife: Laura Lee; two daughters: Sonya (Bradley) Collett, Torbay and Leanne Pottle (Pat), Toronto, ON; one son: Stanley C. Jr., Carbonear; six grandchildren: Brayden, Stefen, Leewin, Maleaha, Emmerson and Adia; six brothers: Andrew (Vivian), Old Perlican, Wilson, Lower Island Cove, Fred (Debbie), Ochre Pit Cove, Wayne (Joyce), Brampton, ON, Garfield (Karen), Orillia, ON and Paul, Job's Cove; one sister: Marion (Everett 'Chuck' ) Amon, Brampton, ON; sister-in-law: Mary Pottle, Job's Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral service to take place on Monday, March 1 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in the Gospel Hall Cemetery, Carbonear. Reception to follow at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in Stanley's memory may be made to the Stanley W. Pottle Memorial Fund.
