SOMERS, Lloyd- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, June 8, 2009, Lloyd Somers of Carbonear, age 75 years. Predeceased by wife Olive; parents: Abraham & Harriet Somers; brothers: Ralph and Gordon. Leaving to mourn: two daughters: Marilyn (Ray) Noseworthy and Lisa (George) Janes, both of Carbonear; one son: Paul (Wanda), Carbonear; six grandchildren: Brendan, Andrew, Shane, Allison, Raylene and Morgan; four brothers; four sisters and also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, June 10 at 2:30 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment to take place in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
