To: Jean, Frank, Allan and Families. The Town of Victoria is sadden to hear of your Mother's passing. Your Mother was a very kind and loving person and was well respected by everyone who knew her. I remember back when I was a young boy she taught me to tie a Windsor knot in my necktie. Needless to say I have tied it that way to this very day. I am sure your good memories will see you through this time of loss. On behalf of Council, Staff and Citizens of Victoria I express our sincere condolences to you and pray that God will be with you and comfort you during this most difficult time.
