KING, George E. - Passed peacefully away at his residence on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, George E. King of Victoria, age 59 years. Predeceased by parents: Norman Sr. and Eliza King; brothers: Harold and Herbert; brother-in-law: Ralph King. Leaving to mourn, wife: Angela; one daughter: Sharon (Jim) Butler, Bristol's Hope; two sons: Darren (Marilyn), Victoria and Jody (Theresa), Nova Scotia; five grandchildren: Tyler, Parker, Noah, Valerie and Brady; also his special boy: Alexander; three brothers: Norman (Joyce) King, Dave (Jocelyn) King and Ron (Joy) King, all of Victoria; two sisters: Patsy King, Victoria and Betty (Don) Vaters, Salmon Cove; two sisters-in-law: Rosalyn King, Salmon Cove and Lily King, Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, February 7 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the George E. King Memorial Fund.
