STANFORD, Pearl A.- Passed peacefully away at the Pentecostal Senior Citizens Home, Clarke's Beach on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, Pearl A. Stanford of Broad Cove, age 91 years. Predeceased by parents: William and Sarah Sellars; brothers: Everett, Wilson and Lorne; sisters: Ida Vaughan and Hilda Walsh. Leaving to mourn her husband: Harold; two sons: Ches (Brenda), Clarenville and Ray (Mary), St. John's; four grandchildren: Keith, Nancy, Michelle (Rodney) and Steven; four great-grandchildren: Jalen, Anna, Marcus and Daniel; sisters-in-law: Sarah Sellars, Luxury Estates, Carbonear and Vera Stanford, Carbonear; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY. Funeral Service to take place on Friday, July 4 at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church, Western Bay. Cremation to follow. Inurnment to take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the North Shore Central Ambulance Fund.
