I have many fond memories of Mrs. Pike from my younger years and growing up 'behind the track'. A very sweet, kind and gentle lady. I looked forward to Sunday afternoons at the cabin in Third Pond where many a game of Bingo was played along with Iva, my Aunt Philomena and Helen Pike. I'm sure they are all together again having a game or two. Deepest sympathy to the Pike family....thinking of you all and keeping you in my prayers. God Bless.

To the Pike and Extended Families: I am very sorry to hear of Iva passing. She was a wonderful lady who was very sweet to everyone. She always wanted people to come in for a coffee or a meal or just to chat. She loved to talk of old times and her family. Our( my family) who were an extended part of her history was always long conversations with us. She was a good-looking lady who always kept herself dress very nice. We met some 40 plus years ago and she was the same all though those years Special. Even though she couldn't remember me towards the end she would still be the same person full of compliments and so sweet. God decided it was time to take her home to be with her husband Bill, son Gordon and daughter-in-law Eileen. To visit with all her friends and family gone before her. To give her the opportunity to fill them in on what they had missed. Her memory will be good again and she will again remember the faces and names of those she loved. You were and still are a wonderful person Iva I will always remember you. Rest In Peace.

Oh My! My heart goes out to this wonderful ladies' family. She was a joy to know when I was a kid and a pleasure to meet again when I moved home with Gerry. Mrs. Pike will be remembered by everyone in Hr. Grace and leaves this world very loved !
