To: Leo, Sheila, Marg, Marian, Joan, Pete, Helen and families From Your Cousins: Ron, Brenda, Josie, Elaine, Betty and Dianne and families Your are all in our thoughts and prayers today. We have so many good memories of our time on LeMarchant Street, and of the blessings of our strong and loving mothers. God, family and home were values that were dear to Aunt Margaret and the family she leaves is a testament to that. It is difficult to say goodbye for a while but she is reunited now with your Dad, Paul, your sisters and all those she loved. Our love to all of you.

Leo and all other members of the Moriarty family Margaret was very much a part of our lives in our hood `` on Lemarchant and Harvey in Hr.Grace . She was the Matriarch of her family and there was no doubt as to who was in charge . She was extremely dedicated to her family and made sure that the lessons and chores were always done . All of us who grew up in those times had a great respect for her and she treated all of us equally . She had a long and productive life -as a woman of Faith I am sure she was confident of the next part of her journey and her reunification with Leo and all the other members of her family gone before her . She will live on in the hearts and minds of her family and her many friends . May her eternal rest be in peace .

Pete and family: My condolences. An Irish Funeral Prayer Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Everything remains as it was. The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used. Put no sorrow in your tone. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without effort Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner. All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting, when we meet again. Source: derived from a sermon written by Henry Scott Holland and delivered in St. Paul's (London) on 15 May 1910, at which time the body of King Edward VII was lying in state at Westminster. Although not originally derived from Irish writings, versions of this sermon have been used at many Irish and Catholic funerals over the years.
