SNOOK, Shirley A. - Passed peacefully away at the Pentecostal Seniors Home, Clarke's Beach, on Sunday, February 5, 2012, Shirley A. Snook formerly of St. John's, age 79 years. Predeceased by parents: Frederick and Margaret Scott; sister: Mary Kemp; brothers: Ray, Bob and Bernard. Leaving to mourn, husband: Philip; one daughter: Debbie (Gerard) Reynolds, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; three sons: Robert, Calgary, AB, Philip (Pauline), Thunder Bay, ON and Gary (Monika), Chilliwack, BC; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six brothers; one sister; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace after 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Funeral Mass to take place on Wednesday, February 8 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily.
