COOPER, Maxwell G. - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, Maxwell G. Cooper of Lower Island Cove, age 87 years. Predeceased by wife: Nellie; parents: George and Susie; brother: Thomas; sisters: Audrey and Amy. Leaving to mourn, brother-in-law: Roy Price, Port Rexton; sister-in-law: Myrtle Turner, Winnipeg; a number of nephews, niece, cousins and other relatives and friends. Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove. Funeral service to take place on Friday, February 3 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel Maintenance Fund or a charity of one's choice.
