BURDEN, Leonard- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, April 19, 2008, Leonard Burden of Harbour Grace, age 62 years. Predeceased by father: Leonard; parents-in-law: Frank and Annie Janes. Leaving to mourn, wife: Maxine; one son: Scott; mother: Myrtle, Carbonear; two brothers: Dave (Nellie), Victoria and Jerry (Yvonne), Salmon Cove; two sisters: Peggy Burden, ON and Vivian Burden, Carbonear; brothers-in-law: Rod (Jean) Janes and Roy (Lorraine) Janes, both of St. John's and Gary (Rita) Janes, Grand Falls; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Leonard Burden Memorial Fund.
