Obituary of Susie Byrne

Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavillion on Sunday, December 22, 2024, Susie Byrne of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 94 years. Predeceased by husband, Ronald; daughter: Mary Alice; sons: Terry and Ron; brothers: George and Vincent; sisters: Bridget and Anastasia. Leaving to mourn, daughters: Christine (Jerome) Galway and Clara (Paul) Osmond; sons: Leo (Shirley - deceased), Reg (Glenda), Gary (Stephanie), and Wayne; daughter-in-law: Ada; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; sister: Clara Dobbin; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation to take place on Friday, December 27 at Noel’s Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Harbour Grace on Saturday, December 28 at 10:00 a.m. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
