Obituary of Pamela Beatrice Parsons

Passed into the presence of Jesus her Lord at Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, November 18, 2024, after a long couragous battle with cancer, Pamela Beatrice Parsons of Victoria, age 67 years.
Predeceased by parents: John and Ida Priddle; parents-in-law: Freeman and Ethel Parsons; nephew: Jackie Layden; brothers-in-law: Terry 'Terrance' Layden and Dave Parsons; special uncle: Harold Parsons; sister-in-law: Carol Parsons; niece: Tammy Parsons.
Leaving to mourn, the love of her life, Harold; two sons: Billy (Tina) and Freeman (Melissa); grandson: Kaleb; granddaughters: Chloe and Emma; siblings: Johnny (Edwina), Lionel (Stacey), Laurie, Gwen (Cyril); 5 nephews; 2 nieces; 4 great-nieces; 3 great-nephews; special friend: Mary Pike; also a large circle of family and friends.
Pam led a simple yet fulfilling life. Throughout her life she surrounded herself with the things she loved. Faith, family, and friends was always a very big part of Pam's life. She worked hard and continuously cared for everyone around her. Until her last breath she overdid her duty, she thought of others first.
To the world you were one person, to us you were the world.
Our family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Patricia Power, Oncology, Dr. Dawn Howse, the Chemo Unit and Palliative Care Unit of Carbonear General Hospital for their care and support toward Pam.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank all who have been there for Pam along her journey.
Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, November 20 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, November 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, November 22 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Funeral service to take place on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 2;00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Carbonear.
Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Carbonear.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel, P.O Box 137, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1B6.
