Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on April 10, 2024, Theresa Traverse of Small Point, age 67 years. Predeceased by parents: John and Julia Johnson; late husband: Alec Traverse; brothers: Patrick Johnson and Gerald Johnson. Leaving to mourn, husband: David; daughter: Julie Ann (Gordon) Clarke; son: Scott (Wendy); three grandchildren: Alexander, Noah, and Nicholas; two brothers: Michael Johnson and Anthony (Rose) Johnson; sister: Elizabeth (Lewis) Perry; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Funeral service with Mass to take place on Saturday, April 13 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Kingston. Interment in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Kingston. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Theresa Traverse Memorial Fund, c/o Noel's Funeral Home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
