I just read about Mrs. Curl's passing. How sad she was a wonderful, thoughtful, kind woman who was a "mother" to many in her heart. I remember times spent at her home in St. Lewis where her gentle manner and guidance was so appreciated. She was a real angel on earth and her memories will be cherished by all who knew her.

Verna and Family. So sorry to hear about your mom passing away. For the short time we knew her, she left a lasting impression on us, her quiet manner, her humour, her wit and her fiestyness made her the beautiful, sweet person that myself and John knew. We will never forget how she play the accordian and the look on her face said it all. God love her. Rest in Peace my Friend. Vern, our thoughts are with you in the coming days.

Hi Verna, - Every time I heard mention of your mom's name I picture her and Tom sitting in their kitchen at St. Lewis - both of them with a wide smile and a welcome that was irresistable. Things have come full circle in a way and you are no doubt thankful for the years you had with her. There may be dark days in the future but there are so many great memories to shine plenty of light on those days. Cherish what you had and celebrate that some day you can see your mom, dad and Lawrence again. Thinking about you as always and trust that God brings his presence even closer in the days ahead. Sincerely Clyde and Pat

To all of Margaret's Children and Family: I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Marg was a wonderful person to all of us children who lived on The Point. Often when we'd go there on a school day morning, waiting for a ride in boat across the harbour with Tom, she'd still be serving breakfast to her children, but she never once complained about all of us standing there, waiting, in her kitchen. And at night, where did we go to have a game of 120s? To her house. Such a patient, gentle, and loving person. God rest her beautiful soul. My thoughts ans prayers are with you.
