DOVE, Leslie - Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, Leslie Dove of Carbonear, age 52 years. Predeceased by parents: Gordon and Lillian, brothers: Fred, Gordon and Tony, parents-in-law: Marcus and Nellie Noel, brother-in-law: Shawn Harris. Leaving to mourn, wife: Nellie; one daughter: Noelle (Jason), Carbonear; two sons: Shannon (Kim), MacKenzie, BC and Mark (Kelly), Edmonton, AB; goddaughter: Cody; godson: Andrew; three grandchildren: Shannon Jr., Katie and Colton; five brothers: Tom, Ches and Carl (Edna), all of Harbour Grace, Gerald (Lori), St. John's and Derrick (Tammy), Harbour Grace; one sister: Irene (Derrick) Decker, Pasadena; brothers-in-law: Harold (Sandra) Noel, Perry's Cove, Marcus (Diane) Noel, Englehart, ON, David (Evelyn) Noel, Victoria and Jesse Noel, Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Mildred (Bud) Chafe, Harbour Grace, Marilyn (Jim) McCarthy, Pictou, NS, Sylvia (Hubert) White and Shirley Harris, both of Carbonear; Lorraine and Sara, both of Harbour Grace, Sophie, Victoria and Mary Lynn, Brooks, AB; step-father: Leonard Williams, Harbour Grace; step-brothers: Lenny Williams, Victoria and Clarence Williams, Edmonton, AB; step-sisters: Bev (Gordie) French, Sheri (Paul) Snow, Edmonton, AB and Rae Williams (Peter), Ontario; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Friday, July 29 at 3:30 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Leslie Dove Memorial Fund. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily.
