To Kim, Krista, Denise and Family, I am praying that although hearts are broken today this will be a day of celebration. A Saint of God, a woman of God's own heart has been called home. I wish I had the words to express how Aunt Lizzie influenced and encourgaed my life and so many others. I have used Aunt Lizzie in many sermons, I would not be the person I am today if it were not for those like Aunt Lizzie. Aunt Lizzie was there for me during a time when I thought it was falling apart and you all know when that was. You girls were as well in ways that you will never know. Aunt Lizzie let a legacy that I hope you will continue. A life of Love, Understanding and compassion for the Lord and others!!Nevertheless, there were many times she would either kneel with me at the altar or simply just wrap her arms around me and my boys and simply say, " We love you and you will get through this with God's love". Aunt Lizzie will be missed another pillar of the Church, another saint who set a path for all of us to follow has completed her journey! "WELL DONE THY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT". I will be thinking of you today. God Bless you all. Bill Preston Winnipeg, MB

To Gord & The Ash Families; Our hearts were somewhat saddened to hear of your Mom's passing! Your Mom and our friend was indeed a very special lady. Gord how could we ever forget all the wonderful meals that we shared together almost faithfully at least once a week! Only Aunt Lizzie could get me (Joan) to eat seal meat. She certainly had that special touch! Rememeber all the times that she would say one day (Bert) will do the dishes but never did. Great times and fond memories for sure! Even to our last visit with her at the home just a couple of days before we left, she still encouraged us to go on and trust in God. She always appreciated our visits/chats & certainly our prayers with her at all times. Rememebr that today you have placed your loved one and our friend in the loving Father's Care. May your hearts be quieted by the gentle peace of God ... strengthened by the promise of His care ... and restful in the comfort of His Spirit. In Sincere Sympathy! I was deeply saddened when I heard about the death of Grandmother Ash. I know this is extremely difficult for you all, for whom lives she has so deeply touched. Grandmother Ash was a kind, gentle soul who would do anything to help someone in need and if required would give the shirt of her back to do so. I'll always reminder the many times, when I was young, I would pack my bags during the summer months and head to Grandmother's for a vacation. The time we spent together was priceless and the wisdom I received from her is the reason I am what I am today. We will all miss her incredibly, but we know she is now in a better place and being united with my mother Iva and Grandfather Ash gives us great comfort. I encourage you all to draw on your strength and the strength of our family to help you through this difficult time. I am truly sorry that my family and I can not be with you during this time. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. May God bless you and your family for eternity.

We rejoice greatly today that a Godly Saint is gone home with her Lord. Our hearts though feel sad because of you her family who are mourning her lost. Nan was a great Lady who opened her home to anyone who would enter and it was our joy to do so. We had many cups of tea & fellowship with Nan and we went away with our stomachs hurting because of the great laughter we shared around her table. We will never forget her. Be assured of our thoughts & prayers in these days as you share the wonderful memories of a Mother, Grandmother, a friend. Cherished the memories. Remember underneath are the everlasting Arms of Jesus carrying you through God Bless all of YOU!
