OLIVER, Dorothy M.- Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Friday, February 3, 2006, Dorothy M. Oliver of Gull Island, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents: James and Margaret; brother: Willian Power; sister-in-law: Claire Power; brother-in-law: John McCarthy. Leaving to mourn husband: Andrew; two daughters: Geraldine (John) English, Job's Cove and Deborah (Rick) Doyle, Grates Cove; three sons: Joseph (Gail) and Glenn, both of Gull Island and Dean (Karen), Mount Pearl; five grandchildren: Scott, Kelly, Crystal, Jody and Jessica; one great-grandson: Richard; two brothers: Joseph (Irene) Power, Salmon Cove and Ben (Annie) Power, Toronto, ON; four sisters: Mary Ellen (Jim) Power, Carbonear, Lillian McCarthy, Toronto, ON, Marie (Anthony) Pinsent, Belleview and Theresa (William) Power, Lower Island Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay and from where the funeral will take place on Monday, February 6 at 10:30 a.m. Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Northern Bay.
