KING, Wilson C.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, January 31, 2005, Wilson C. King of Carbonear, age 85 years. Predeceased by daughter-in-law: Loretta; brothers: George, Harold and Ralph; sisters: Lillian and Matilda. Leaving to mourn, wife: Ellie D.; five daughters: Doris (David) Clarke, Labrador City, Effie (Gerald) Mercer, Bay Roberts, Judy (John) Colbourne, Carbonear, Phyllis (David) Collins, Victoria and Rosalie (Leonard) Williams, Harbour Grace; five sons: Albert and Harold (Joan), both of Carbonear, Lindsay (Karen), Perry's Cove, Wilson (Joy), Salmonier and Byron (Kellie), Catalina; twenty-four grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; sister-in-law: Mary Carew, Gander; brothers-in-law: Bill (Aldo) Swain, Sydney, NS and Ed Swain (Stella Noseworthy), Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:30 p.m. Thursday, February 3. Funeral service to follow at 3:30 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the TCP Health Foundation.
