GOSSE, Nathan Roderick - Oct. 16, 1936 - Oct. 28, 2011- Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's surrounded by his loving family, Nathan Roderick Gosse of Harbour Grace. Predeceased by parents Moses Y. and Isabelle (Yetman) Gosse; first wife Elizabeth (Rogers); brother Douglas; sister and brother-in-law Mary and Dave Barrett. Leaving to mourn, wife Anne (Winsor); daughter Kim and husband Clarence Newman; son Dale and wife Kelly (Fowler); sister-in-law and brother-in-law Lynne and John Smith; sister-in-law Betty Gosse (Jack Bannister); sister-in-law and brother-in-law Alberta and Job Parsons; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Among his many achievements, Nathan was a 10 year Veteran of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, Retired Director of Environmental Health for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and Past Master of Lodge Harbour Grace #476 A.F. & A.M. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace after 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29. Funeral service to take place on Monday, October 31 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. Interment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Flowers gratefully declined; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church or the Carbonear General Hospital Dialysis Unit c/o TCP Health Foundation.
