Obituary of Annie Snelgrove

Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, Annie Snelgrove of Lower Island Cove, age 73 years. Predeceased by husband: Graham; parents: Alexander ‘Sandy’ and Margaret ‘Maggie’; brothers: Ambrose, Eldridge, Art, Earle, and Ren; sister: Mary. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Michelle (Mike) Young; son: Jason (Crystal) Pottle; five grandchildren: Natasha (Todd), Jesse (Erika), Jordan, Jaylee, and Cain; also a large number of other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Sunday, June 4 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel Lower Island Cove. Interment, together for both Annie and her late husband Graham, will take place at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove on Wednesday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Annie Snelgrove Memorial Fund, c/o Noel’s Funeral Home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, A1Y 1A9.
