SELLARS, Derek Fraser - Passed suddenly away on Thursday, October 25, 2007, Derek Fraser Sellars of Manuels; formerly of Small Point, age 54 years. Predeceased by parents: Clarence Fraser and Jessie Audrey. Leaving to mourn: two daughters: Angie (Jim) Green, Carbonear and Christine Whelan, Manuels; two sons: Rodney (Michelle), Manuels and Randy (Shyanne), Mount Pearl; one granddaughter: Rhiannon Sellars; two brothers: Wade (Ann) and Craig, both of Alberta; three sisters: Valerie (Rod) Westenbroek, Florida, Debbie (Ross) Penney, Small Point and Betty (Peter) Layman, Ochre Pit Cove; special friend: Claudette Whelan, Manuels; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay after 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 28 and until 12:00 noon Tuesday, October 30. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Ocean View United Church and Cemetery, Broad Cove. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Derek Fraser Sellars Memorial Fund.
