Obituary of Harry G. Connors

CONNORS, Harry G.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, April 2, 2007, Harry G. Connors of Harbour Grace, age 91 years. Predeceased by wife: Maude; sister: Gertie; brothers: Tim and Will. Leaving to mourn: one daughter: Margaret (William) Lahey, Heart's Desire; six sons: John, Gerard (Donna) and Thomas (Bonnie), all of Harbour Grace, Peter (Monica), Georgetown, ON, Jerome (Ruby), Red Deer. AB and Paul (Lorna), Brampton, ON; fourteen grandchildren: Trent (Dana), Nicole (Joedie), Peter (Janice), Christa (Al), Sherrie (Pat), Nancy (Tony), Jerome (Corry), Gerard (Makayla), Vicki (Clyde), Tom (Kristi), Kerri (Gordon), Lisa (Craig) Paul (Nancy) and Tiffany; fifteen great-grandchildren; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace and from where the funeral service will take place on Thursday, April 5 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to Immaculate Conception Project Restoration Fund.
