GALWAY, John J.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, John J. Galway of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents: James and Nora; brothers: Tom, Leo, Bernard and James; sister: Mary. Leaving to mourn, wife: Bride; one daughter: Roxanne Galway (David Strowbridge), Paradise; one son: Barry (Lisa), Paradise; one grandson: Johnathon; one sister: Bridget Galway, Buchans; two brothers-in-law: Mose Galway, Riverhead, Harbour Grace and Gerald (Rosalind) Galway, Thicket; two sisters-in-law: Katie (Clayton) James, Bryant's Cove and Eileen (Ted) Lush, Marysvale; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace and from where the funeral will take place on Saturday, January 13 at 9:30 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Project Restoration Fund.
