STONE, William C.- Passed suddenly away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Sunday, January 7, 2007, William C. Stone of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 61 years. Predeceased by parents: Albert and Genevieve; sister: Rose Marie Hayter; brother-in-law: Amos Penney. Leaving to mourn, wife: Marcella; two daughters: Marcella Smith, Tilton and Denise Stone, Harbour Grace; two grandchildren: Francis William Smith and Carl Thomas Smith; parents-in-law: John and Florence Earle, Carbonear; two brothers: Albert (Florence) and Donald (Janice), both of Harbour Grace; two sisters: Clara (Bill) Connors, Florida and Eileen Penney, Carbonear; brothers-in-law: Lester Hayter, Jack (Ivy) Earle, Jim Earle and Donald (Betty) Earle, all of Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Florence (Gordon) Butt, Carbonear, Evelyn (Nelson) Peddle, Harbour Grace, Pearl (George) Tuttle, Shearstown and Phyllis (Stephen) Cull, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace until 12:00 noon Thursday, January 11. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the William C. Stone Memorial Fund.
