PARSONS, Garlie- Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's on Friday, November 10, 2006, Garlie Parsons of Mount Pearl; formerly of Freshwater, Carbonear, age 92 years. Predeceased by husband: Maxwell Freeman. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Sylvia (Russell) Pelley, Mount Pearl; four sons: Ralph (Beulah), Mount Pearl, Eric (Dorothy), Mildmay, ON, Albert (Frances), Kamloops, BC and Paul (Daisy), Mount Pearl; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one sister: Alma (Bonnell) Pilgrim, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear and from where the funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 14 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Freshwater, Carbonear. As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to Freshwater United Church.
