RUSSELL, John James " Passed peacefully away the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, September 14, 2006, John James Russell of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 80 years. Predeceased by his father Patrick Russell, mother Annie Whalen Russell, sisters Mary and Mildred Russell, niece Mildred Coombs and brother-in-law Reginald Coombs. Leaving to mourn his loving sister Dorothy Coombs, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; five nephews Reginald (Beth), Donald (Glenda), P.J., David, John (Denise); niece Ann (Gerard); special great-nieces Brittany, Paige, Courtney, Megan and Lauren Coombs; great-nephews Ryan Coombs, Aaron and Zach Quinlan; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE and from where the funeral will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Mass to follow at 1:30 p.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to TCP Health Foundation.
